Council became aware of a plan to remove a tree on Miller St near Rosalind St, and immediately escalated the issue to Transport for NSW (TfNSW).

Council has suggested that Transport for NSW and CPBD undertake comprehensive community engagement and meet with the local Precinct Committee in relation to this matter.
Further, Council has requested that Transport for NSW and CPBD respond to a range of questions regarding approvals and compliance.
