North Sydney Council is seeking an experienced mobile coffee vendor to trade from a coffee cart or van at the historic Coal Loader Centre for Sustainability in Waverton.
With our onsite café currently closed, we’re looking for someone to serve quality coffee and light refreshments to our weekend visitors. There’s no cost to trade, and power is available onsite.
This opportunity is ideal for vendors who can offer coffee, tea, and small pre-packaged refreshments as well as pastries and muffins to visitors of the site. The service will operate while the permanent café tenancy is being finalised.
Location:
Upper Platform, The Coal Loader Centre for Sustainability
2 Balls Head Drive, Waverton
Trading Hours:
Saturdays and Sundays from 7.30am to 1pm, with bump-in from 7am.
There is potential for additional trading days if desired.
Duration:
The arrangement will continue until the new café tenant is operational. Council will provide two weeks’ notice to cease trading when required. Council may also provide two weeks’ notice at its discretion if any issues arise.
Interested vendors are encouraged to submit an expression of interest via the online form.
