Council offices and facilities (excluding Stanton Library and essential services) will be closed from 12pm on Wednesday 24 December 2025 until 9am on Monday 5 January 2026.
Permanent residents of North Sydney Council area can obtain holiday visitor parking permits. Each residential property is entitled to five Holiday Parking Permits per year. Holiday Visitor Parking Permits are marked with a “H” on the parking permit and are only valid between 1 December 2025 through to 31 January 2026.
Parking Permits can be purchased and collected from our Council Customer Service Centre for $2.00 per permit. Holiday Parking Permits must be picked up before 12pm on Wednesday 24 December.
A request for Visitor Parking Permits must be accompanied by proof of residency.
