Current out of hours works
Council only approves work outside standard construction hours in extreme circumstances. Examples include overnight shop fit-outs or where demolition or erection of structures may be a risk to public safety during daylight hours.
Please note, we are not the only authority who can approve out of hours works. There may be additional approved works we are not aware of (for emergencies, water works etc).
Rodborough Avenue, Crows Nest
Works: Footpath, kerb and gutter works

Work dates: Works will commence on Monday 12 May, 8pm to 5am, weather permitting
Pacific Highway, Falcon Street and Alexander Street
Works: Erection and dismantling of scaffold within the site boundary, along the Falcon Street frontage of the development site at 391-423 Pacific Highway, 3-15 Falcon Street, and 8 Alexander Street.

Third parties, such as utility companies and state departments, do not have to notify Council of emergency works.
