Two new raised pedestrian and bicycle crossings have been installed on Young Street and Grosvenor Street Intersection, replacing the roundabout.
The raised intersection will improve safety of all road users and pedestrians by enhancing the visibility of pedestrians and slowing vehicles at the crossing. These works also included extending the stormwater drainage along both streets.
The intersection was opened to pedestrians, cyclists and traffic on Friday 4 April 2025.
