  • Cancel receiving rates notices via email.

Please go to Request Rates Notices via Email.

For all other changes continue with the Change of Customer details request.

Please note: Managing Agents are required to upload a copy of their Managing Agent Agreement. If the property owner is a company, please also upload an ASIC Company Extract.
