Please note: Eligible Aged Pensioner card holders & Department of Veterans Affairs card holders are exempt from fees. If required, Council will request proof of a valid Pensioner/Veteran Affairs Card when assessing your request.
Please complete one online application per property. Fees for copies of rates notices/statement of account are applied per property.
Upon completion of the enquiry form, you can select to pay online or pay in person at Council's Customer Service Centre.
