Rates Notice Reprint or General Rates Enquiry

This enquiry form is for the following:

  • Request a copy of Current or Previous Years Annual Rates Notice (Current rate notices will be available after 21st July 2025)
  • Request a copy of Statement of Account
  • Rates refund requests
  • Any other rates enquiry

Depending on your enquiry, fees may apply as follows:

  • Copy of Current or Previous Years Annual Rates Notice (July to June) – $26
  • Copy of Statement of Account (list of transactions for the current financial year July to June) – $26 
  • Any additional reprint requests $9 
  • Rates Refund Request - $50 administrative charge per request

Please note: Eligible Aged Pensioner card holders & Department of Veterans Affairs card holders are exempt from fees. If required, Council will request proof of a valid Pensioner/Veteran Affairs Card when assessing your request.

Please complete one online application per property. Fees for copies of rates notices/statement of account are applied per property.

Upon completion of the enquiry form, you can select to pay online or pay in person at Council's Customer Service Centre.

Rates notices via email

To receive rates notices via email or manage your postal preferences, please use Council's online rates portal.

Change of name

To add or delete a name on a Council rates notice, you must first change your title deeds with the NSW Land Registry Services.

You can then use the form below to notify Council of the change.

Change of address or email

You will need to advise Council of a change of address or email by writing to the below address, or by completing the online form.
