Termination of Strata Scheme Application

This form is for a request to North Sydney Council to review and sign an Application to Terminate a Strata Scheme.

Before commencing this application, please ensure you have completed the following:

• Completed and executed a Termination of a Strata Scheme Form 15ST.
• All rates payments are up to date - please contact Council's Finance Department on 02 9936 8100 to arrange payment.
• Created a covering letter explaining the reason for the Strata Scheme Termination.
• If you are completing this application on behalf of the owner, you have written consent from the owner.
