Expressions of Interest - Food Trucks for NYE 2025

North Sydney Council has opportunities available for food truck vendors at managed vantage points on New Year’s Eve.

Please note we are not accepting applications for food stalls ( i.e. tents)  and all vendors must provide a food truck.

If you wish to register your interest, please complete the following application form. The selected food truck vendors will be contacted closer to the event date regarding specific event information and fees.

Before completing this form, please note the following:

• Only food trucks are eligible for this application.
• Vendors must supply their own food truck and any required cool rooms.
• There is no fee to submit an application.
• Submitting an application is not a guarantee of a place at New Year’s Eve.
• Successful applicants will be assigned to a vantage point. This placement is final.
• All food trucks must be equipped with contactless/card payment facilities.
• All vendors must comply with the NSW Food Act 2003 and Food Regulations 2010.
• All vendors must comply with Council's event sustainability and single-use plastic policies.
• All vehicles must be registered and roadworthy, and registration/driver details must be submitted to council prior to the event.
• Food truck vendor fees and event times will be confirmed closer to the event.
