Endorsement of Positive Covenants, Easements and Restrictions of the Use of Land

This online application is for endorsement by North Sydney Council of Positive Covenants, Easements & Restrictions of the use of land.

Before commencing this application, please ensure you have all the required documentation prepared, as outlined below:

• Deposited plan/strata plan
• Title Search for the subject property
• Copy of the s88b instrument
• Copy of the relevant development consent
• Copy of the dealing (for Positive Covenant only)
• Copy of endorsed works as executed hydraulic drawings, and hydraulic certification (if required)
• Copy of CCTV footage (if required)

Payment is via card only (Visa, Mastercard & Amex). Council fees are $484 per 88B instrument and per additional condition, plus 1.5% credit card surcharge.
