Hi folks!
We are in receipt of the news today (courtesy of NSW Police) of the social distancing rules in NSW continuing until at least July. This inevitably means that there will be no Live Poets at Don Bank 'live' sessions at 6 Napier St, North Sydney until that month at least.
At the time of our resumption it is planned to feature Max Cattana's emanation of a character from monologue and the discussion 'Dylan vs the Poets' as per our March program.
Soon after we will featu...re programs honouring the past publications: 'The Book of Green Poetry and 'The Republic of Conscience.'
In the meantime we ARE 'celebrating' our 30th anniversary as a poetry and unplugged music venue on Wednesday, April 22nd.
This will take the form of memories and photos we will post to the Live Poets Facebook page (before that night and on that night) plus a short opening address I will post before 'opening the floor' to open section readers and their poems via messenger.
You can also tender your anecdotes and memories of Live Poets at Don Bank from now to the page.

As ever we will continue to post videos and images and poetry of interest and Live Poets links to the Facebook page day by day.
