The Operational Plan is Council’s action plan for achieving the community priorities outlined in the Community Strategic Plan and the Delivery Program.
An Operational Plan, inclusive of a detailed budget, is prepared each year and adopted, detailing the projects and services to be undertaken.
The Operational Plan provides an insight into the diverse range of projects and services Council will be working on from year to year.
