The centre's meeting room is available for weekend hire.

Venue specs and equipment

Monday to Saturday, 8.30am to midnight

Sunday, 8.30am to 8pm

Check availability through our Booking Officer at bookings@northsydney.nsw.gov.au.

Bookings are accepted subject to the Conditions of Hire on the application form.

Further details about each venue can be provided when your booking is confirmed.

Discounts are subject to conditions.

Casual hirer 

Casual hiring is for less than 12 bookings in a calendar year and for one-off bookings.

Permanent hirer

Permanent hiring is for more than 12 bookings in a calendar year (e.g. for permanent meetings and classes).

Fees are current from 1 July each year. All information shown is subject to change. Fees will be confirmed at the time of making a booking.

Small Meeting Room

Payments

Once applications are assessed a BPOINT payment link will be emailed. Upon payment received a booking confirmation will be provided. Payment may be made by cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card (Mastercard and Visa) at Council's Customer Service Centre, 200 Miller Street, North Sydney. Alternatively, a cheque may be mailed to the Customer Service Centre, North Sydney Council, PO Box 12 North Sydney, NSW 2059. Please do not mail cash.

Council charges a 0.75% service fee inclusive of GST on transactions using Visa and MasterCard (credit, debit and prepaid).
