Required documents
You cannot save and go back to finish your Works Zone Permit application form. Before starting, be sure to have all of the following documents ready to upload when processing your application form:
- Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) approval letter
- A security deposit is required for works zones and must be submitted with your application. Please provide confirmation of the DA value $. DAs with value up to $4 million: $10,000.00 security deposit, DAs with value over $4 million: $25,000.00 security deposit
- Locality sketch of your works zone
- Copy of your currencies and insurances with a minimum of $20,000,000 public liability, noting North Sydney Council as an interested party
- Tree management plan approval letter from Planner or Tree Management team, if required
- If a CTMP is not required, please provide the following:
- Swept Paths for truck movements
- truck sizes
- Traffic Guidance Scheme (TGS)
