Required documents
You cannot save and go back to finish your Works Zone Permit application form. Before starting, be sure to have all of the following documents ready to upload when processing your application form:
- Construction Traffic Management Plan (CTMP) approval letter
- a $25,000 security deposit (this is required for the works zone and must be submitted with the application)
- locality sketch of your works zone
- copy of your currencies and insurances with a minimum of $20,000,000 public liability, noting North Sydney Council as an interested party
- tree management plan approval letter from Planner or Tree Management team, if required
- if a CTMP is not required, please provide the following:
- Swept Paths for truck movements
- truck sizes
- Traffic Guidance Scheme (TGS)
