Council has approved the film permit in accordance with the NSW Local Government Film Protocol, following a thorough assessment to ensure compliance with all relevant guidelines and community expectations.
As part of this process, Council’s Traffic Team has carefully reviewed the proposed activity, including traffic management plans, vehicle movements, crew operations, parking arrangements, and any anticipated impacts on local roads or pedestrian access.

Tuesday 24 February, 7.00am - 9.30pm
Monday 2 March, 6.30am - 9.30pm
Thursday 5 March, 9.00am - 10.00pm
Traffic requirements
Tuesday 24 February, 7.00am - 9.30pm – maximum 3 minute hold and release
Monday 2 March, 6.30am - 9.30pm – Full Road Closure with extensive detours 9:00am to 2:30pm
Thursday 5 March, 9.00am - 10.00pm – maximum 3 minute hold and release
Barricading of 20 spaces on all three filming days on West Street.
All potential issues—such as noise, brief interruptions to traffic flow, or changes to usual access—have been fully considered, and appropriate mitigation measures have been put in place to minimise disruption to residents, businesses, and visitors.
With these controls in place and the production is required to adhere to strict conditions that the filming activity will proceed safely, efficiently, and with minimal impact on the surrounding community.
