Financial Hardship Application

This form is for making a Financial Hardship application for the following:

• Rates
• Debtor Accounts

Please ensure you have prepared all required information & documentation prior to commencing your application.

When preparing the information please list items separately, as this will aid in the completion of your application.

Upon completion of your application you will receive an application number. This number will also be sent to you via email to the email address provided in your application. Please provide this number when liaising with Council about your application.

Please note: Maximum total size of attachments across the entire form is 30MB. If you have additional documents please email them to council@northsydney.nsw.gov.au including the form reference number (application number). Please note we do not accept HEIC attachments.
