Age Management Plan 2021-2025 (850KB)

This document sits under the umbrella of Council’s EEO Management Plan 2021-2025, with several strategies/actions linked to the KPIs.

The age management plan is about reducing the risk to council by having a planned approach to managing the age structure within the organisation. This plan aims to retain a balanced age profile within the organisation, which engages with our new entrants, retains our talent, and allows transition to retirement with knowledge retention. This will both assist councils overall management and enhance our brand by developing strategies which will contribute to North Sydney Council becoming an Employer of First Choice for all demographics.
