A construction traffic management plan (CTMP) assesses impacts on the local road network created by development.

As a condition of development consent, some developments are required to lodge a construction traffic management plan for approval.

Your report must reflect our standard requirements and provide a description of the proposed construction works, the traffic impacts on the local area and how they'll be addressed.

2. Complete the standard requirements

Council's standard requirements must be attached to the CTMP report as an appendix.

The parts in blue will need to be completed on a site-specific basis.

3. Lodge the CTMP report and ‘Satisfy DA Consent Condition’ application form

When your report is completed and you have filled out the Satisfy DA Consent Condition application form, lodge both documents via email to customerservice@northsydney.nsw.gov.au

An administration fee of $470.00 applies for all applications to Satisfy DA Consent Condition, our Customer Service team will email you a payment link once your application is lodged.
