Work Hours

  • Monday to Friday - 7am to 5pm
  • Saturday - 8am to 1pm
  • Sunday and Public Holidays - no work is permitted

But note - applicants can apply to Council for work outside of these hours, approval is only granted in extreme circumstances, like shop fit-outs overnight or where demolition/erection of structures may be a risk to public safety during daylight hours (eg. cranes, hoardings). Out of Hours works still have restricted hours, see below.

This includes after-hours paging service to on-duty Ranger. Calls may be returned anytime between 6am & 11.30pm (so please tell us if you have a call cut-off time).
