The North Sydney Art Prize is a major biennial arts event showcasing some of the best in contemporary art by artists across Australia.
115 finalists were selected from an incredible 411 entries to exhibit paintings, drawings, photography, sculpture, installation and new media based works.
Selected works are exhibited in the Caretakers Cottage, Artist Studio, Workshop, Mess Hall, Platform, Tunnels 1 & 2, newly refurbished 25 Chambers, across the Coal Loader site and surrounding parklands. This unique post-industrial site accommodates the inclusion of diverse mediums with an emphasis on supporting innovative site specific art forms.
