Fees

  • All fees must be paid prior to works commencing and within 24 hours of Customer Service emailing the B-point link for payment. 
  • An initial non-refundable application fee of $200 applies to all applications. Additional charges may apply depending on the type of works, including parking space occupancy, lane closures, footpath occupancy, full road closures, out-of-hours construction, and change-of-date requests. Fees vary depending on whether spaces are metered or non-metered and whether the footpath remains open or closed.
  • Excavation and digging fees are site-dependent and include associated parking and footpath occupancy charges, while skip bin fees are based on the relevant parking restrictions. Temporary full road closures, out-of-hours works, and date changes also attract specific fees in accordance with Council’s fee schedule.
