Fees

  • All fees must be paid prior to works commencing and within 24 hours of Customer Service emailing the B-point link for payment.
  • An initial non-refundable application fee applies to all applications. Additional charges may apply depending on the type of works, including parking space occupancy, footpath occupancy, road closures, out-of-hours construction, and change-of-date requests.
  • Excavation and digging fees are site-dependent and include associated parking and footpath occupancy charges, while skip bin fees are based on the relevant parking restrictions. Restoration fees, temporary road closures and other construction-related activities attract separate charges in accordance with Council's Fees and Charges Schedule.
