Terms and Conditions

Entrants must be aged between 3-18 years (inclusive) on Friday 23 August 2025.
Each entry must be an original work, to be completed on the competition template with a completed entry form.
Online entries must be a high-resolution PDF. Photos of entries will not be accepted.
Stanton Library is authorised to display and publish all entries. Submitted entries will not be returned.
Stanton Library must receive each entry no later than 11.59pm on Sunday 11 August 2024.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Entrants under 16 years must have parent or guardian consent to participate.

All winning designs will be announced during Children’s Book Week, from 16-23 August 2025.
